The idea for PA London was conceived on a wet Friday afternoon in a coffee bar in Oxford Street by Elaine Sutherland, our Managing Director.

She said...
"I'd had a frustrating morning interviewing candidates for a role within the commercial property company I worked for. A complete waste of my time as none of them had the right skill set and personality.

I'd had three recruitment consultants visit me and pitch for the vacancy - none of whom had really taken on board what I was asking for. They had talked a good game, but had not produced the results...
